Born out of a love for Australia's mountains, wild places and fantastic nature, the Victoria map has been meticulously hand drawn with black and red inks over a 55 hour process.
These beautifully made prints are perfect for those who want a special art piece to celebrate this state, either for their own homes or as a gift for someone special. Please read the artist note below for the details of this particular map.

A NOTE FROM THE ARTIST OF THE VICTORIA MAP
This map speaks to the diverse wilderness, mountain ranges, coastline and unique regional areas that makes this state so spectacular. This was also the original map that launched the collection and it was very enjoyable to create - to this day it is a particularly special one for me. The design itself is bold and strong, with the all of the state's iconic geographical features, wilderness areas, main cities and towns present. You will also find a large array of smaller townships also included and a unique style of mountains that do not feature on any other map in the collection.
The soaring mountains of the Great Dividing Range and the Victorian Alps take up much of the East, with important peaks such as Mount Bogong, Hotham, Feathertop and many others all individually labeled. The rolling hills of the High Country are dotted with the many small towns that is it so well known for, and the Gippsland region features large expanses of prominent wilderness areas and river systems. To the West are the iconic Grampians, the Wimmera and dry Mallee regions, which display a very different type of terrain. The coast is dotted with a range of towns both small and large, important capes, promontories and iconic national parks. All the main regional areas have been marked out with individual labels too; another feature that is unique to this particular map. It all combines to make for a well balanced and diverse map that showcases the unique geography and townships of Victoria. It was an absolute pleasure to draw!
