If you receive a map that has been damaged during postage please get in touch with Wildwood Maps and let us know. We make, print and pack your map with love and the utmost care, so if something is damaged send pictures to alex@wildwoodmaps.com and we will take it from there. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless you have received the incorrect map or it has been damaged. Although we do not offer refunds we can arrange a replacement on a case by case basis.
We ship worldwide and endeavour to get your print on the way as soon as we can. If you are in Australia, all orders are mailed with Australia Post. All orders include a tracking number to allow you to have as much information as the status of your order once it leaves my studio. For orders placed internationally, shipping times vary depending on customs and procedures. Please allow for 2-3 days for us to prepare your order prior to shipping it.
